I expected more from you Strung. How can you claim that the legacies
never worked based on someone breaking those legacies and getting
punished?
That would be equivalent to saying "The Enorian enforced sanctuary law
is ineffective because so-and-so entered Bloodloch after combat". What
you have failed to highlight would be the fact that in my example, this
citizen was kicked out and thus killed. How is that not effective?
If you wish to promote your new House in the future by degrading the
name of our Emperor and the legacies that the Imperium and the guild you
belong to attempt to enforce, try and find a better argument first. The
reason the legacies are not effective at this time, would be because
Blooded such as yourself would rather spit on them, when you should be
enforcing them.
