Less the Point, Riposte and Reprise

Ambassador,
The wax and wane of mortal minds, while somewhat amusing at moments of
sheer ludicrousness or astounding lack of lucidity, vexes even the
greatest thinkers when a thought, incomplete in foundation yet to the
brim with structure, suddenly and inexplicably inverts that which at the
moment of its origin gave at least a promise of intent.
It is hardly fair that one such as yourself be pressed with the task of
proving a point that at its core is merely an ideal of radical tyranny.
Many once pointed to the rule of ones such as my Sire, the Emperor of
the Consanguic peoples, as a prime example of such tyrannic
enthrallment. Yet in His steadfastness, the Blood remained controlled,
the Gift given to those deserving and devoted enough to take it. Those
few who did leave while He was in power found their potential lines
quickly stamped out, and the chaos subverted. Yet, I digress.
While the Hunter makes claim to the fact that it was of course His
perogative to choke off the the lives of the Tasur'kean populace, the
Duiran council in a prime example of its solidarity has done nothing but
support His every word with enthusiasm and without appology. I applaude
their unity, but what truly amazes me is how quickly those who lead the
Duiran peoples deny any involvement or support of the actions of Haern.
Is it not obvious that there be no need whatsoever to try to deceive the
peoples of Sapience of the true intent of the Council?
I am not going to attempt to tell you what you should or should not
believe. Who you should or should not follow. You are...intelligent
enough...to decide these things for yourselves. However, do at least be
honest to the deserving peoples of this proud land when you profess your
intent for their cities, those same cities that their ancient, near
forgotten ancestors brought up from the earth itself, quarrying
countless tons of stone, working hours upon hours with but the desire
for prosperity in their hearts. That you would shade the fact that you
support Haern in his endeavor to lay waste to these architectural works
of art, as it is readily apparent to those close to the situation that
such is the truth, is a travesty of morality.
Furthermore, Mnemosyne, you would do well to listen to your own words,
for any individual who would fight against the willing expansion of an
already large village into a structured city state, for the protection
of its citizens above all else, and yet refer to it as a city in its own
right in the same document is a proud example of the need for a good
educational campaign of which you speak.
