Imperial Decree
Written by: Grand Duke Thrasius D'baen, Sanguine Caliph
Date: Sunday, May 8th, 2005
Addressed to: Everyone
The Unified Houses of the Consanguine Imperium find it necessary to
address the following transgressions of the Blood:
---Reckless Embracement---
Those that embrace without standards demean the Blood that runs through
the Consanguine race. The unworthy and those that embrace make them
continuously pollute the Blood and this cycle must end to preserve the
Blood.
Imperial Policy:
Any Consanguine found embracing a mortal that is under the age of twenty
and below the thirty-fifth level of experience shall be punished
accordingly by the Consanguine Imperium. This punishment will likely be
discorporeation and the degree of this punishment will depend upon the
age and experience of the violator. This applies to both rogues and
Consanguine of the Imperium. Any member of the Imperium found breaching
this policy will be removed from the Imperium and punished with same
potency as if they were rogue.
---Imperial Title Masquerading---
Imperial titles reflect the Bloodrank of the Consanguine that wears it.
Knowingly wearing the wrong title infers the intent to mislead others of
your Bloodrank and makes a mockery of all that passed the Blood in your
line.
Imperial Policy:
Any Consanguine found wearing an Imperial title that does not match
their Bloodrank shall be requested to remove it. If the said Consanguine
does not comply with this request he or she will be discorporeated and
given one month to change their title. This will be repeated as many
times as necessary. If the violator is a member of the Imperium, they
will be removed and treated in the same manner mentioned above.
