I must have missed your letter.

Addressed to: Purifying Flame, Grand Master Searoth Fiadhaich, Guardian of Enorian
It has been reported to me that, while you didnt have the good manners
to speak to me or any member of my family directly, you have spoken out
to at least one person on your reasons for closing the private home of
the Saer'ac family.
Let me address some of the utterances you made. For instance, your
statement concerning us that "They agreed that if it should ever become
a threat to the safety of Enorian, they would be willing to have it
temporarily locked" is what anyone not currently involved in Enorian
government would call a "lie". I allowed your grandmother to occupy my
property on behalf of the city out of loyalty to the home Ive had for
most of my life. Whenever I was asked to lock it I did, again out of a
desire to see my city strong. I did not give the city permission to seal
my doors at their discretion.
When asked why you locked our home and no other, you said you did it
"because there are few guards there, and many of those that own the
house don't have the best interests of Enorian at heart." Those that
live there do, in fact, have the best interests of Enorian at heart. It
is the current government of Enorian with which we have issue, and for
precisely the sort of high handed and arrogant behaviour you have
demonstrated. When you said, "any toes I was afraid of stepping on are
now fair game, to put it bluntly," you demonstrated why it is that we
take issue with the despots currently running the city. You have no
respect for those living there and will do only what you are forced to
do, not what is decent, not what is honourable.
Penned by my hand on the 13th of Severin, in the year 155 MA.
