Greetings Council, and especially the Sect leaders,

Today I have spoken to Paige, and we discussed what caused her inability
to listen a couple of months ago. I have handed her out a punishment
based on her problems.

Her main problem appears to be a lack of respect towards higher ranking
Magi, and especially, taking orders. Therefore, her punishment is meant
to make her understand, and more importantly, discipline her. She will
contact the leaders of each of the Elemental Sects for a task. None of
these tasks are to be impossible or very lengthy. They just have to get
the point across. *grin* For example, Air might want her to host an
event, maybe two. I will give her her Spirit assignment last.

Sect leaders, when she has completed the assignment you have given her,
I would like to receive a message that she has completed them, and how
you think her attitude to all this was.

Sorry for giving everyone work here, but hey, I have to keep you all
