This is a warning to everyone in Sapience. As of this moment, there is
no reason for orphans to be following you within Ashtan. Since our
wishes were denied, most notably by Bloodloch, we have been forced to
make it law. Anyone seen with orphans following them within Ashtan's
walls will be charged with Breaking the Peace, whether they were
Ashtanite orphans or not. Please speak to me personally if you feel I am
too rash with this decision.
