This is a public announcement regarding the 6-month auction of my shop
(Where the Willows Weep) off Zanzibaar in Enorian. You don't get better
location then this!

It is located north and east of Fish Street - as well as just a short
hop from where the portal from Loom Island leads, something that will
contribute greatly to profits generated.

Bidding starts at 700,000 gold. Credits will be considered at 3k\ per.
The shop is easily worth this and more considering I have grossed on
average 100,000 gold in profits per year.

If you wish to place a bid, please mail me a letter ASAP with your bid
as well as your name.

The Auction will end upon the 1st of Lanosian, 154 MA and payment will
be due by the 1st of Variach, 155 MA. Should two winning bids occur,
both parties will be contacted with the opportunity to place a higher
bid until a winner is achieved.
