Actually Gracie, you are far from the only one who was denied
citizenship in Ashtan under the terms of their treaty with Enorian.

Enorian forbid any "members of RL" to become citizens again. A "member
of RL" constituted anyone who was in the RL's clan at any time. Since
Ashtan's militia never had a clan of their own, the RL clan was used, so
any former Ashtan militia member or supporter of them was barred from
regaining their citizenship.

Which of course has nothing to do with Enorian's underhanded strategies
to drive opposing fighters out of sapience to make war easier while the
warring is still good. Because that's their city motto I hear- it can
never be too easy.
