Ashtan has always had an Association law, and both myself and our
ambassador believed it to be one of the requirements for Enorian handing
over control to the Council we appointed. Recently, a Luminary betrayed
the Light and joined the ranks of the Consanguine. He began hiding in
Ashtan.

Recently, Enorian declared war on Bloodloch, the main reason being that
they continued to willfully harbour those that would attack our citizens
and then flee to Bloodloch.

All of that being said, Ashtan once again has a sanctuary law.

To Spiegel: This is the only time I will ever apologise to a
Consanguine. If you became offended during our conversation, then I am
sorry. However, leaving the meeting, I had thought that we were working
towards avoiding a war, knowing that if Ashtan began to behave as
Bloodloch had, it would most certainly lead to war, as it did with
Bloodloch. Any misconceptions after our meeting I cannot speak for, as I
was not there. I abided by your laws while within Ashtan. I have not
broken an Ashtan law since the filth that is the previous government was
thrown out.
