He who can destroy a thing, has ultimate power over said thing. He may
then hold it to ransom. He who merely has the ability to hurt it, may
only create a larger conflict.
You have the ability to make this a public problem. To create a larger
conflict from a smaller one. Or you can stand up for yourself against
one sentinel and one infernal knight. You have allies - and they are
strong allies as well. You don't have to hold back; I certainly
wouldn't, in your place.
I am sorry for the way we parted - under unproven suspicion and
distrust. I still do not know what the truth is, but I do know that the
mistakes made will never be repeated. That doesn't help you now, I
understand that. My only advice is to remove the threats against your
life - swiftly and decisively - and then move on.
As for the members of Hazelwood - their actions are their own. You do
not know what is required of them before they become Hunters. It is
often different for each one, as you do know, having received a tailored
task from me yourself. We do not seek thugs for entry; we seek Hunters.
