Everyone,
If you have a reason to kill me (aside from simply being Duiran), you
are welcome to do so inside the forest. If you attack me and I run into
the forest, you are welcome to follow me. I guarantee that unless your
attack on me is an attack on either the Forest or the Duiran City
itself, you will not be enemied.

I urge the Duiran Council to make policy that the Forests will only
protect those from attacks regarding the forests themselves - for the
forest to be a safehouse of a person who has other conflicts, perhaps
due to their order, or a clan - I believe that would be wrong indeed and
would only lead to resentment toward the forest and Duiren council.
