Greetings

This is a message to any and all people who walk the streets of Ashtan.
The city laws currently stated in Article 2, under "Sanctuary" are
fairly clear. Any who enter the city after initiating a conflict must
remain outside Ashtan's walls. The period of time required for you to
stay out is no less than half a day.

Anyone who is told to remove themselves from the city by someone with
the authority to do so must leave the city. This does -not-, and I
repeat, this does -not- mean mistform and float around in the city, go
into your house in the city, earthmeld, or return to your coffin within
the city. People have been found doing this and waiting for the alotted
time to pass. Should you do any of these things or anything similar to
them and you remain in the city, you -will- be subject to the punishment
