Public News Post #2762

a warning

The fact that the Lord of Artifice took the time to post a misleading
warning about His arch-enemy's shrine, whilst claiming to not care about
the tree itself, makes me wonder if perhaps He -does- care what happens
to it, in some form or another.

The relationship between Renewal and the Rhythm is as synergistic as it
has always been, and will always be. Furthermore, stating that "Renewal"
will somehow become "Severe" is a bit like warning the world that all
the fish in the Oceans will fall off a bridge and drown. I'm not
suggesting that Lord Severn is at all insane or stupid, for that has
clearly been proven not the case in the past. Instead, I am pointing out
a fallacy in His statements that will hopefully cause all of you to
wonder about the Artificer's artifice.

For anyone still thinking that perhaps Lord Severn's warning may have
merit; Haern Himself tasked us with the healing of the Tree, as the
corruption has spread deep into the ground, along the roots of the World
Tree, and into other planes of existance. It has gone so far, that it
has touched the roots of the other Great Trees.

Penned by my hand on the 22nd of Lleian, in the year 145 MA.
