Citizens of Ashtan,

Recently, the city of Enorian received a call for assistance from one of
your Archons.

This leader of Ashtan has come to the city of Enorian for help. He has
told us of the corruption and oppression and the tyrany that has his
city and his fellow citizens shackled.

He has shown great courage in reaching out for assistance, and the City
of Enorian is answering.

This day, the City of Enorian, will declare war on the City of Ashtan.

This is not a war for conquest or for personal gain. We are sending our
forces to rescue the oppressed. We are commiting our lives to expelling
the corruption from our neighbor.

We are resolved to breaking the chains that the corruption of Lady
Chakrasul has enslaved the people of Ashtan with, and hope that the
citizens of Ashtan who are truely loyal to your city will aide us in
this venture.

We do not seek to possess Ashtan, nor to destroy it. But to free her fro
the grasp of Chakrasul.
