Citizens of Sapience and Her Islands:

The sanctorium entrusted to my care has been completed. You may find it
by proceeding to the rocky jetty, near to the entrance to the Temple of
Lady Slyphe, going northwards along the beach and up the cliffside. My
thanks to the village of Mrenadh for the opportunity to oversee such
construction and ensure that the surrounding wildlife was not adversely
affected.
