corruption from the city.

The Council of Light entered the war to enforce the above.

Ashtan declared its intention to seek peace and reorganise eliminating
the corruption and apathy.

The Council of Light stood down its attack.

Quite simple really, but then understanding simple concepts has never
been your strong point, after all you switched sides during the war
because Zephy didn't hold your hand and walk you through what was
happening. (Reading it for yourself being too much for you).
