prior to Rahns posting, Ashtan had put their weapons down and a peace
was agreed upon. Then all of a sudden a spark of courage exploded in the
parts of the alliance that had withdrawn from the war in exchange for a
door to the orphanage. Anyway, peace was agreed up and terms for that
peace to last was being outlined before Rahn decided to declare war upon
the Ashtan militia and told them that they were "being called upon to
deliver peace unto your city." Is seems that Clio is correct, you have
to be introduced to the meaning of slow to understand His full nature.
