To whom it may concern.

Bloodloch and Ashtan have come upon formal agreements
that will be finalized within the coming months.
Due to this, any attacks upon Ashtan militia, will
be viewed as attacks upon Bloodloch.

Ashtan has declared they aren't hostile and
have layed down their weapons. Work is in progress
to begin a work within the city. Any further attacks
will only be determinatal to the state of affairs.
