This is to make sure I don't get more questions and messages concerning
my former shop in Shallam.

For a number of years, I owned a shop south west of Hakhim. As a Druid I
sold herb and herbs alone for a more than reasonable price because I
believe these plant to be a gift of Nature. A gift that is meant to heal
people, not to make me rich. That in the end it did, because so many
people came to the cheapest shop in Sapience is my luck.

Yestermonth I sold this shop. Its a beautifull restaurant now, you
should stop by there some time. Why did I sell? Simple, a Shallam vizier
closed down my shop in the one month I was restocking and prices were
set high to make things easy for me.Reason given: Your shop has been
locked due to the outrageous prices which are beyond rediculous therefor
not selling anything. Thank you Baleron. No message beforehand, no talk
with the owner first. Well done Chancellor you just made sure your
fighters won't get the cheapest herbs around anymore

I payed 200.000 sovereigns in the past years on taxes. This is what you
get in return. Shopkeepers can't set their own prices anymore? Whats
next Shallam? Haven't you learned by now that trying to invoke your
rules on others, without talking to them, without giving an
explaination, doesn't work?

p.s Almost forgot to tell the other side of the story: there were
helpfull viziers that did answer me and helped out in the end. To bad it
happened in the first place and that I only got a response after I
threatened to indict the city for 40 k a month for lost proceeds.
