Aetolians,

It has come to my attention that many of you are not skilled in the use
of survival, and therefore I am placing a ban upon the use of survival
skills. More specifically, Swimming. Some of you may have an actual
talent for swimming, but you must be tested before you can use it. If
you wish to be tested for proper use of this skill, see me for
certification. All people found swimming or thinking of swimming or
having been associating with someone who has swam in the past will be
severly punished, either by torture or by being mercilessly slain.
On a further note, I am recruiting new "lifeguards", seeing as how we
will need to monitor all bodies of water, or atleast sleep with
sunglasses on and to make people think we are watching. Those applying
will need to be able to shout loadly, enforce rules with an arrogant
tone of superiority, and not mind a wicked tan. We will grant "Swim
Tests" to those who wish to use the swimming skill, along with a
standard issue swim bracelet, assuming they prove themselves worthy and
capable. Of course, this ban excludes anyone who is able to kill me.
Note-I've been thinking of expanding this to include a ban of assessing,
and possibly some vision skills such as Looking, because you never know
when it could backfire and kill someone. So anyway, i'd like to hear
your opinions on this. (assess tests?)
