The following is a formal declaration of intent. It signifies the
founding of the United Tasur'ke Council, an organization intent upon
forming Tasur'Ke into a full city, and expanding it from a village.

After approximately two(2) days of deliberation, the following decisions
have been made regarding the United Tasur'ke Council, hereafter referred
to as The Council.

Organization of a binding clan will be commenced immediately. The
Council will be led by a group of five(5) individuals, from various
walks of life. The temporary appointments for above mentioned beings,
hereafter referred to as The Senator's, are as follows.
Jaeharn Al`kaern.
Shoimoro, Spirit of Ice.
Methuselah, The Elemental Axis
Szan Amaratha.

The Senators listed on lines 8 and 9 of this document are official
Guildmasters, authorized by members of relevant Guilds to make
appropriate decisions regarding the well being of aformentioned guild.
With this in mind both Szan Amaratha, and Methuselah have agreed in word
to relocate and involve their guilds in the creation of this new
city-state.

The Council intends to work diligently to form Tasur'Ke into a prominent
city-state, engaging in the acts of Trade, War, and other acts as
appropriate as a legal and official city-state. The intentions and
desires of The Council are to create in Tasur'Ke, a city of Freedom.

Those interested in assisting in the formation of the city-state, would
be requested to contact a member of The Council, regarding such. Large
amounts of gold, and time will be required to achieve the goals
mentioned in above document.
