Greetings Mayor,

I apologize for the slow response to you and your village.
Shallam does offer assistance to Jaru, and we hope that
we may help in any way you need. All you need to do is
ask for help and we will be there. You are right, Jaru
does harbor our ships, and much trade flows through
there, and not only for that reason do we offer our
word on assistance. Also the reason that Shallam is a
city of light, and it is time for us to take our place
as so. Shallamese from here forth are not to harm the
villagers in Jaru, and to offer them help if they
need it.

This, however, is not a post saying that Shallamese
may slay all who enter Jaru or cause harm upon them,
I believe the citizens know how to act in a respectful
manner, and I trust them to do so 🙂

If Shastaan wishes the same protection from us, then
all they need to do is ask as well. You are our sister
cities, and offer us much, and I hope we can return
the favor.
