I'll try to make this simple for you. My guild, the Occultists, and the
guild of Infernals, are the Masters of the Art of Necromancy. No one
knows it better than us. Not you, not the priests, not the monks. No
one. We will continue to use our skills, with ease and knowledge. You
have no say at all in the matter, I don't care how much you spout, or
kill, or make speeches on the street corners of dark allies. You have no
right to place such a ban, and as such from this post on, you will
recieve no replies about the ban. You will be totally ignored on the
subject.

You ARE however granted by Myself the following powers :
The right to waste as much money as you wish on this subject on public
boards. As stated before, we will be ignoring you so we do not care.
You may claim to place as many bans as you wish on our skills, again,
you will be ignored.

Those are the powers I grant you concerning the skill of Necromancy, you
control no other aspect of it.
