We, the Vampires of Aetolia, are _far_ more in tune with the art of
Necromancy and the 'study' of death then any other group. Our skills are
nothing more then an advanced version of Necromancy. This is something
that we do quite naturally, through our state of existence. This 'state
of undeath' allows us to see the magicks controlling death in ways that
you mortals have no way to observe. It is a perspective you can only
view from this side of the veil.

On a side note, I congratulate those of you who have tested your
necromancy skills and passed. To those of you who have failed, I warn
you not to practice the art as you have so sworn. To those who ignore
our ban, we shall offer you a front row seat to observe the death you so
study.
