Citizens of Sapience,

In light of the support given to those responsible for the mass
herbicide by the city-state of Ashtan, the city of Shallam can no longer
sit idly by in this conflict.

We do this not for the words of others. We do this not for the respect
of Sapience. We do this not for some undiscernable preconception of
others in the realm. We do this because we are the City of Light. We do
this because we must, and for no other reason.

This is a formal Declaration of War. Shallam shall not rest until the
city of Ashtan is either eradicated, or in the hands of capable and
responsible leadership. None of those who sit on the city council or
ministries are acceptable in the eyes of Shallam. Our terms are set.

Alamar and his council shall step down, or face eradication in the
Light.
