executed plan. Clearly, it had the required impact.

What impact? A massive application of destruction, something that surely
caused great damage. Destruction of a massive scale, that will take many
years to recover from. Yet recover it will. And in the mean time, all it
has achieved is to harden the solidarity of Duiran councilors, and to
turn some, possibly many, neutral people against you?

You called yourselves dogs, but even a maddened dog backed into a corner
could come up with an act of desperation that would achieve more than
that. The act of destruction shocked many, but it merely made me laugh.
That anyone could be so stupid as to think it would actually have
meaning..
