I've been reading through these past couple of public posts and I can't
help but feel sorry for the Ashtanites who refuse to see Ashtan for what
it really is.

"I would like to point out we of Ashtan are a tight knit group of
individuals that work together to make our city and this realm more
enjoyable not only for us, but for our fellow citizens.We strive to
provide a better place for people to live, work, and spend their days,
and it is only the constant pestering of those who are jealous of us
that hinders us from achieving what we are destined for; to be the
greatest city on Sapience."

Ashtan, the greatest city on Sapience? Don't make me laugh. Your "tight
knit" group that resides in your city are merely people like Spirokai
who are only in this war to kill, they don't care about the city,
they're only in it for the chance to kill people and get loads of free
experience. I can assure you that no one is jealous of your pathetic
city, which will soon become a pile of rubble. Funny how the "greatest
city on Sapience" is being conquered by Bloodloch right now.

"As far as "miring hard-working people into a muck of unrealized
dreams," I can't think of anything further than the truth. In fact I'd
like to know what dreams we have had that have been unrealized? We are
and always have been in the process of making the city a better place."

Back when I was an Archon in Ashtan, the other Archons and I had some
great things planned for the city. Not one of these plans worked out,
due to a lack of effort on the citizen's part. It's your own fault that
your city has no guilds, and contains the filth of Sapience, the guild
rejects and scum of the world. You had a chance to become something,
Eldimal, city of the brave and free. Lord Arion gave you a chance to
change your city and give it a purpose in Sapience, you had a great
chance there to turn your city into something significant but you chose
not to.

"Our city is changing, it is not stagnant it never has been stagnant."

Ashtan has always been stagnant and always will be stagnant. Every
Archon who ever tried to make the city better got their work thrown back
in their face, Gracie and Malhavoc are good examples here. They both
worked damn hard to make something of your city but you all threw it in
their face. All the decent Archons you had ended up being replaced with
corrupt, power hungry fools who don't even care about the city.

"As for the Renagade Legion being hired merchs, that is laughable at
best any member of the Legion that fights in this war has been a member
of ashtan for years now."

That's total bullshit, they left after the second Ashtan/Bloodloch war
finished and they all joined again as soon as this war started, which
just goes to prove my point that they are only in this to kill people.

"But Lady Slyphe, your war has done what you wanted its sparked Ashtan
to life but thats not enough is it? No you want your city Kelsys to
replace the city of Ashtan in the world."

To the idiots who think that Lady Slyphe declared war on Ashtan to make
room for Kelsys I'll just point something obvious to you. Kelsys is an
underwater city, therefore it can't be replacing Ashtan in the world.
Ashtan and Kelsys are not linked in any way, so get it out of your head
that they are. Lady Slyphe has made it clear why She has declared war on
Ashtan, for the sole purpose of fighting stagnation and bringing Change
to the world.
