If the ceasefire between Spinesreach and the Alliance is to continue,
Spinesreach must immediately stop all aide to the Alliance's enemies as
well as attacks upon the capital of Bloodloch.

Much as I dread having to say this, this includes blessings from Lord
Severn used to empower Ashtan's armed forces. Spinesreach militia who
just happen to be in the capital as Ashtan militia are attacking it are
considered hostile. Oceania and Szan in particular have been present at
such times and their behavior threatens the continuation of the cease
fire.

Bloodloch did not intend for war with Spinesreach to occur, but we will
not turn the other cheek against Spines' hostility. They have been given
many chances to withdraw, there will not be many more given.
