For reasons posted prior to this, the City of Spinesreach has declared
war upon the armies attempting to invade and conquer the City of Ashtan.

Per order of the Council of Spinesreach, all Shrines of Lady Slyphe that
are currently erected within the city and its holdings are to be
destroyed. Further, no Shrine of Lady Slyphe may be erected within the
city or its holdings.
