In response to public post 1591, the incident RL is referring to took
place after the landmark incident Zephy refers to. Mephiston was
originally attacked by Xargo at S of CLI. Giving chase to Xargo, who
fled toward Delos, Mephiston was intercepted and attacked during his
chase by Zephy's falcon near the border of the Sirrocians Mountains and
Prelatorian Highway. The attack made by Xargo was committed 2
(_aetolian_) hours after the landmark incident that Zephy had in mind.
The attack by Zephy's falcon, thus, would have had occurred even longer
after the landmark incident in which the parties involved had already
gotten away. The attacks made by both Xargo and Zephy constituted
assault, and Mephiston, being the member assaulted, had foremost
priority in pressing charges. Questions, comments, or concerns are
