Greetings All,
As seen in my past, many have noticed my stance on what is called the
Imperium and how it treats those of the blood. I have however, taken the
wrong stance and followed the wrong path. The Imperium will not learn
from having it's members slaughtered. From here on, I am calling all
those that are among my kin. The Free Vampires, or those who still
consider themselves "Rogues," If you are within this group or wish to
be, I ask that you contact me as I form our own culture. One where the
blood is respected, as it should be, but where we are free, unhindered
by the Nobility of titles that plague the Imperium and free of
oppression. You are Free and should be proud of that fact, I know for
one, I am. As stated earlier, hold your heads high as we walk into a new
age, one where you are no longer hunted because you are considered weak
or a lower life-form. The night is yours to control and control it you
shall.

This Free Vampire culture will be for any and all. I do however, ask
that all those not of the Imperium join, so that we can combine our
forces and save those of our Kin. By joining this you shall be saving
others, who have suffered and subjegated by the will of Zahmekoses and
other Consanguine. The blood is a gift, which you as Vampires have
recieved and cannot lose. This however is not reason to abuse the blood.
One thing the Imperium and the slaves who follow its rule have right, is
the protection of this gift. Free Vampires, including yourselves, need
to protect and honour it with your entire beings. As individuals, you
are free but you are also vulnerable to groups, such as the Imperium or
"Vampire Hunters". Until this time, there have been two choices, be free
and hunted or be a slave and join the Imperium. From this day forth, a
third option is open to you. You can be free and safe. This new age will
see that the blood, the very thing that controls our lives is protected
but at the same time free.

From this day forth. I am offering my protection to all who call
themselves free and will answer any of your calls. Those of the Imperium
or who do not wish to be called Free, I recommend that your hostilities
and oppressive actions stop hence forth. Any agressive actions towards
those of my blood and kin shall be retaliated and said person's life
shall be forfeit for the rest of their pitiful lives. Any who are
currently loyal knowingly or unknowingly, such as apart of a house ruled
by the Imperium, you are also given the option of contacting me and
being set free, all past hostilities will be forgiven if this path is
chosen. The time has come for all Consanguine and Free Vampires to make
a choice. This choice is yours to make, be it you wish to remain a slave
or be it you wish to be free and join me in this new age. Where you can
truely rule the nights, as you were ment to.
