A common thief harbored by the Cabalist guild

Be it known unto all of Sapience that the treacherous Aasoral has
stolen a clan from the paladins (which in turn is a city guild of
Shallam) that the paladin guild recently paid 500k for. Anxious to
benefit from this theft Daelar welcomed him into the Cabalists with
open arms, and has allowed him free use of Cabalist skills to punish
others for his high crime of grand theft.

Until now I've been an impartial judge as all of Sapience can attest,
and have upheld the laws of Shallam in defense of foe and friend alike
unless law protected status was withdrawn. Years back when Maurier
stole a similar amount of gold from the Occultists following his
leaving that guild I withdrew his law protected status (which if there
is any truth within Nixsa whatsoever she will admit to), and forced
him from the city until he'd paid back that guild for his theft, and
made ammends as I received by word of Myslani. In his act of
hypocrisy though beyond what even I thought him immature enough to do
though Daelar repaid evil for good, dishonor for honor, theft for
fairness.

Therefore until such time as the paladin guild and/or city of Shallam
has been repaid for the theft the Cabalist guild benefited from, I
declare all pleas brought to my ears by the mouth of a Cabalist shall
henceforth fall upon deaf ears. I refuse to devote my time to protect
those who stabbed my guild and I in the back, and now harbor and
help protect a common thief. This condition shall remain in force
until such time as Aasoral leaves the Cabalist guild, returns to
stolen clan to the paladins, or pays in full the 500k he stole from
us. I am Alcor of Aalen, and am disgusted that a guild claiming to
be higher than a common thief should condone such actions, and even
aid him in his hunt. Congratulation Daelar, you've proven once and
for all what a wise and selfless leader you are. Your guild is "lucky"
to have such a guildmaster who'd put his own people before him like
this. I am also waiting to see if they who've raised their mouths in
pretended outrage against Shallam for supporting alleged rapists (a
crime which has yet to be proven or have any basis other than local
gossip for that matter), truly mean what they say or if they will
turn a blind eye and defend a common thief and murderer themselves.
I speak only the truth.
