Greetings Aetolia.

Many many post i've read about the same thing, the good aligned
shallam wanting to protect the people of the nearby village
shastaan.
And also i have read about those that oppose this, want to slay
those that protect shastaan, this arguement, is as i see it
absolutely, pointless.

Shastaan is a fishing village, which through time, has had many
visits of different people, some come to do the quests, some come
to kill the citizens, regardless, shastaan has always thrived well.

Just as azdun where the goblins, undead and spiders exist, has thrived
despite the fact that they are often targetted as bashing grounds.

Just as the dun fortress orcs have been targetted for bashing grounds.

These and many other places thrive even though their citizens are killed
we must remember that the population of aetolia does not only consist
about us, us that stand out from other beings, each of us, each one of
us
belives in something, that something isn't always the same as others do
believe in, and that is the way its meant to be, some people are 'good'
some people are 'evil', then there's 'order' and then there's chaos'
and there's many many many other ways of telling what we believe in,
this
is the world we live in, all of us, we are all people of this world, we
cant
press our own beliefs on others, we cant force people to accept them.

It is the balance between all these forces that ensure that the world
around us functions as it should.

We can argue back and forth, but is it really worth it, getting down
eachother's throats, over something that has worked quite well over so
long a period of time, interfearance in this will only lead to worse
things, shastaan will become a battleground, and many of those fighting
are much stronger then those that just come to kill or quest, the damage
will be much much more, when such battles are held in the village.

"protecting" shastaan can very well destroy it.

Just as overprotecting the wilderness can destroy it, let things grow
let them be the way they are, let the villages grow in their own speed.

Dont smother them with protection when it can kill them.
