My last post concerning Shastaan

Since many arguments I hear seem to based on the fact that protecting
Shastaan and not the rest of the world is hypocritical, I will address
that final issue and then let the public boards on this topic rest.

Yes, there are many other innocent people being murdered, above and
beyond the fishing village of Shastaan. But perhaps your mind is so
corrupted in your evil lust for absolute power, that you fail to realize
that performing even the smallest of good and decent acts speaks volumes
on your soul.

If the Daru had a million members, we might endeavour to end murder
everywhere. As it is, we will focus on a goal we know we have the
strength to achieve. Helping the village of Shastaan protect itself from
these atrocities.

Alei, you do not know whether or not they asked my aid. Again you throw
jumbled paragraphs at the wall, hoping something sticks. This is not
about balance. This about living, breathing people who are being
ruthlessly murdered. They needed our help, we will seek to help them.
How we manage to do that remains to be seen.

The Daru can't save the world yet. But if we save one innocent
fisherman's life, then we have succeeded. Like I said, since you keep
referring back to it, there is no war. This is not about violence, you
are trying to drag violence into it because it's your only way to deal
with situations you don't like. This is about ending violence.

To Saltzmaul - I won't lower myself to personal attacks, as you choose
to do. I'm not 'hiding behind' the Gods. I'm showing Them the utmost
respect and worship by holding true to the virtues They instilled in me.

All murder is killing, all killing is not murder.

Ishuri
