My Word

Written by: Priest Azumi

Well, it seems it is my turn at the podium. First, I'd like to thank all
who supported me, everything from the offers to go through it with me to
the simple words of praise and thanks. And now, I suppose, is my turn to
defend myself.
Let us first look at the very being of the Angel, shall we? All of you
who have been on either side of the Spirituality skill shall know that
the Angel shall do everything for it's Other Half. The Angels have
always put other's lives before their own. To walk away saying that
others should die rather than to sacrifice her would be against the
Angel's essence, that of Love. Next, we look at Healing. This is the
now-rare skillset that the Luminaries have so abandoned to further their
ability to kill. In Healing, we give up our mental strengths to heal
others. To walk away would also be to deny that which what makes me a
Priest. As to if it's good to have enslaved my Angel...It's up to you.
If the Ends justify the Means, then yes. If not, well then I have done
wrong. Now, many question my Love for Cheribum, my Angel. They question,
as well, my Resolve towards others. My question is if the Mortal opinion
matters, if they both have been acknowledged by a Divine. I will enter
and free the Angels, and will do so regardless of others opinions of my
actions and thoughts. As per my engagement to Avialle, it was only
related in the effects that afterwards, she was the only one really
there for me, while others would question and kill me. I would ask that
none bother her on this issue.
Now, to one final thought. My voice is only mine. I have not asked
anyone to do anything for me. If people say they follow me, than you'll
know it and could easily ask me. On the same coin, I do not speak for
all the Priests that remain. As I said, I am one voice for one man.
Thank you much for your time

Penned by my hand on the 8th of Midsummer, in the year 109 MA.
