The merchant shop located two west of the Central
Market district in Ashtan, is being offered for sale.

Due to the prime location of the store, the sale will
be to the highest bidder at auction.

Submissions of intent to purchase should be forwarded
to myself, after which, an auction date will be
negotiated that each party may attend or arrange
proxies in advance.

The shop assesses a fee of 6500 gold sovereigns
anually for tax, and the reserve price for the
auction will be 75,000 gold sovereigns.
