Citizens of the World,

I am pleased to announce on behalf of my fellow community leaders in
Kalebb and Tasur'ke the formation of the Alliance of Free Northern
Villages. This alliance is formed to facilitate the mutual protection
and defence of the rural villages of the north which value freedom from
oppressive military regimes.

We hereby request that our citizens be free from attack, and our lands
be free from foreign armies. Any attempt to disregard our kind
suggestion will be met with resistance.
