only punishable offences." Wonderful, I've always wanted to see
arbitrariness made into a legal principle. I fully understand that
there are Those that are not bound by mere mortal laws so why
would Their extensions be eh? "Use common sense". Even as I
personally do not feel affected, I find it absurd that WE would have
to think of what Duirans policy on any given issue might be.
Smells of totalitarianism does'nt it?
