Everyone,
The public laws of Council Duiran have been modified. "help laws duiran"
to read them. Things to note in the laws are:
- Each person has a responsibility to think about their actions and if
unsure about how they will impact upon Nature, to ask and find out.
- All plants now have a common harvestable minimum, of 5.

The laws are short and simple. They do not cover every eventuality, nor
do they even attempt to. They are deliberately so, that there be nothing
so much as resembling loopholes or obscure lines that can protect
enemies or restrict the Council's ability to serve its purpose. This
means that everything is dealt with on a personal, case-by-case basis.
