This is just a friendly reminder to all you shop buyers out there. It is
/critical/, after purchasing a shop, to make certain that the locks in
the storeroom doors are rekeyed before you stock anything. It is very
disheartening, after purchasing a shop and stocking it with a wealth of
stores which you hope to sell at profit, to come back the next month and
find that the previous owner's friends, who all had keys to his
storeroom, came and snatched away your goods in your absence.

How to get your shop rekeyed? Contact the Chancellor of the city in
which your shop resides. It is typically their responsibility to see to
this getting done. If they are not responsible for getting it done, they
should at least be able to point you in the right direction /to/ get it
done.
