The Unrelenting Storm

Shimmering, beautiful wings of water,
risen from the depths, fallen from the skies.

Glistening blade of the light, dulled axe of the shadow,
both find the same rusted fate, intertwined in unison,
beneath the ever-shifting, unforgiving sea.

The still rock is forced, the sitting sands shifted,
there hath existence of none who may sit stagnant in the waves.

Yet, as the thunderous roar bellows overhead,
evoke flare ogre the very earth is churned by torrential rain,
this storm carries forth and none may stand in Her path.

May a new dawn bring to Sapience the enlightenment of Change.

Penned by my hand on the 16th of Lleian, in the year 127 MA.
