The poems in this gallery are all quite boring and sad.
In fact, they sound like they're writing by someone gone mad.
Cheer up you great lumps,
So life's got some bumps,
There's no reason you can't put up with it and be glad.

Let's hear many poems of love and joy,
Or even epic tails where sailors cry, "Ahoy!"
Let's all be happy and full of cheer,
Let's write poems that we can hold dear,
Happiness instead of a sorrowful poem's ploy.

Don't moan and cry here because a lover's left you.
Don't write angst because sorrow is what's in and new.
Write some bloody happy verse,
Most present poems are like a curse,
A bit of cheerfulness and delight are long overdue.

Penned by my hand on the 4th of Midsummer, in the year 134 MA.
