Guard Complacency System

With the bashing changes under way, one of the big potential issues is going to be guards and how effects stack together once Eidolurgy is around. I don’t really imagine it as too impossible that some method of stacking stats/abilities might allow you to easily deal with guards under the current complacency system, no matter how tough/tanky they might be, so we’ve decided that a new system is probably needed in its place.

With that in mind, the Security Ministry and its aides now have access to the dome field defence.

CITY DOMEFIELD STATUS
– Use this to see the status of the dome field, whether its active or charging.

CITY DOMEFIELD FORM
– Costs 50,000 ylem, then 10,000 ylem an IRL day.
– Must be standing at your pylon.
– Begin the process of forming a dome field across the city. It will take 2 hours to fully form and
become active after using this command. Once active, any city enemy who enters the city will be
repelled and magically transported back to the original location they came from.
– The dome field will last for a maximum of 7 IRL days, or until you end it if you so choose.
– You cannot use this command unless 15 guards have been slain that day per WARSTATUS.

CITY DOMEFIELD FALL
– End a formed dome field early, removing the daily cost.
– Only the Minister of Security may do this.

Please note that the guard complacency system is now completely removed as well.
