* Recollection now has a base cooldown reduction of 3 seconds.
* With empowered Yuef it is increased to 5 seconds.

Primality

– [2486] Boosted Slam can now be delayed between 6 and 12 seconds.
– [2494] Boosted Effusion now cures a random affliction and no longer provides extra healing.

Sciomancy

– [2696] Shadow debt health loss now scales with how many afflictions you have.
* This effect caps out at 5 afflictions, which is roughly how much health it currently costs.

Subterfuge

– [2350] Lightwalls now persist for a little bit after someone passes through one.

Tracking

– [2543] Spike damage and bleeding has been lowered.
– [2543] Entrapment now only has a 30% chance to trigger on a dodge.
* This is further increased to 60% if the target has the heartflutter affliction.
