I've also now rewritten parts of Fury on the back end. Please let me know if anything weird happens.

There isn't many changes from the original version:

- Updated some combat messages here and there.
- Area of effect shouts now track hostility.
- Boosted Distract now does both effects.
- Battlechant now has an ongoing endurance drain.
