Monks:
I've removed Palmstrike, Thunderkick, Throatstrike, Axe, Backfist, and Bladehand as moves you can use in PvE.

I've added Jumpkick, Sweepkick, and Slam as moves you can use in PvE.

Jumpkick is also now affected by stance modifiers, and I've removed the bruising from it.

Teradrim / Tidesage:
I've removed Slam, Facesmash, Gutsmash, Furor, and Barrage from moves you can use in PvE.
