I've cleaned up some of the back end code for the restoration poultice. If you find any issues feel free to let me know.

As part of this, I've also fixed a bug that let you apply restoration to ARMS/LEGS. I've removed that as it wasn't intended for restoration per a change some hefty time ago. It'll still work for other poultices though.
