Racetrack changes:

Pets in last place can now become DETERMINED and make up some lost time.

Injuries are meaner. Tired is meaner. Both have potential to last longer.

You may now add two pets per person per track.

Setting the REWARD % to 0 will now turn it off and not give blank messages.

MSG TIUR with ideas for making it remain fair, but still reduce chances of the same pet always winning.
