Hematurgy Bug Fixes

I apologize for how long it is taking to fix some of these bugs, I am
out of town and current bug fixing setup is less then ideal. As such I
have only fixed some of the more outstanding ones, and I will fix the
rest as soon as I am able.

- Fixed a problem with painting the blood of other players on yourself
not properly registering.

- Fixed some problems with bleeding when painting blood.

- Gash to-hit should work properly now. However I am watching numbers
to see if it needs to be adjusted more.

- Scythes are not affected by rebounding auras once again (because
they just rock that way)

- You can now END RITUAL STILLMIND

- Fixed some problems with POUR not properly assigning the blood type.

- Blood amount is back to a 0 - 100 value.

- Scythe stats now vary depending on your Hematurgy skill rank.
