Hematurgy Round One

This is part one of the Hematurgy update. I needed to load this and let
it run for a week so I can fix any bugs with it before I finish the rest
of the items.


HEMATURGY
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
- Those with Hematurgy can now stop any ritual with no dire effect with
the command END RITUAL.

- Painting runes on yourself with your own blood no longer requires the
blood to be in a phial before hand. You will now just pierce your
finger and paint away. This will work for the following commands:
- PAINT <rune> ON <me|myself> WITH BLOOD
- PAINT <rune> ON <me|myself> WITH BLOOD OF <me|myself>

- The stilltongue, tonguelash, mindsurge, or slicktongue rituals will
no longer fail if one of the others is already up. Using one of said
rituals will clear off any of the other three however.

- Shadowblow will no longer fade when it fires.

- Shadowblow will fire every time a certain amount of damage is reached.
Once it fires that number is reset to 0.

- The damage shadowblow delivers has been reduced.

- Increased the amount of damage done by acid blood.

- Acid blood only hits enemies now.

- You may now END RITUAL SHUN LIFE to stop using the shun life ritual.

- Shiftsoul now moves voyria. If it is missing other afflictions please
bug the individual affliction types.

- Bloodborn will now have the scythe proficiency.

- Wisp Anxiety will only deliver afflictions the player does not
currently have now.

- There is no passive bloodloss just for having a wisp up now.

- Greatly reduced bloodloss for wisp anxiety, stigmata, and
bloodshield.

- Emotes will no longer mess up rituals.

- Increased the amount of blood collected from a standing target.
Prone blood collection has always been fairly high, so I am not
adjusting that.

- Wisp shield no longer requires arms to use.

- SHOWRITUAL <ritual> will now display the steps for the ritual.

- Stillmind will only reduce intelligence by 1 now.

- Stillmind wears off on death and logging out now, not after a set
amount of time.

- Stillmind now shows up in defenses.

- All scythes, when first made, will not be attuned to any target now.

- You can now PAINT RUNES ON <scythe> WITH BLOOD OF <target>. This will
set the scythe to work against that player. If you want to redo the
scythe to work on a different player, just paint runes on it again
and it will change.

- The target name of the scythe will only show up in the probed and
dropped descriptions now. The name on the short description is just
way too spammy for things like combat now.

- Scythes now have regular weapon stats.

- GASH is no longer a special command. You can still use it, but slash,
hack, and swing all do the same thing. All of these attacks will do
increased bleeding against targets if your scythe has their name on
it.

- Scythe now has a chance to miss. This chance is based on your skill
level in hematurgy or weaponry, which ever is higher. The other skill
will then give the base skill a boost.

- Increased decay time on scythes.

- You can now - POUR <phial> INTO <phial>

- If you already have the concentrate ritual up, it will no longer
fail, it will just reset it.

- Doubled the length of the concentration ritual.

- You can search BLOODLIST by name now. For example BLOODLIST VARIAN
will return a list of phials with Varian's blood in them.
